Returns

All returns must be authorized by Leg Avenue before shipment. To obtain authorization, the customer contacts sales@legavenueeurope.com. Goods returned without authorization will be returned to the customer and not credited.

Upon receipt of a return, Leg Avenue will inspect the shipment and then issue a credit. All returns must be sent in their original condition and original packaging, without stickers, holes, or any modifications; otherwise, the return will be rejected. Goods approved for return must be delivered to Leg Avenue within 30 days; otherwise, the authorization will be revoked.

 

Claims

Leg Avenue guarantees the quality of all its items. We accept returns for items that are damaged or missing from a customer's order, under these conditions. Unless stated otherwise, all claims for issues, damages, or missing items must be made within fourteen (14) days of shipment.

Items on clearance or discontinued items bought at a big discount cannot be returned. Leg Avenue does not guarantee sales and will not accept returns for reasons other than errors or damage that happened during manufacturing or shipment. Claims will not be accepted for hygiene items, used items, or items damaged after the customer receives them.
